I have always been passionate about self-development and personal growth, and as throughout my career in marketing which has moved into the wellness industry, and being nestled in the idyllic landscapes of Cornwall, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for well-being practices, the transformative influence of nature, and the art of embracing slow living.

Since receiving a CPD qualification in Life & Health Coaching, I'm now able to support you on a 1:1 basis, to explore your values, set meaningful goals, and navigate life and health transitions.
